This program is authorized for private, student use only.
I fully understand and agree that my online student account and all course curriculum and study materials supplied to me by NutraPhoria are solely for my own personal use. I agree NOT to share my login details or the confidential course information with any other person, organization, group, or company.
I further agree not to reproduce or transmit the whole or any part of the curriculum by any means whatsoever, including but not limited to electronic or mechanical, photocopying or by any information storage and retrieval system. This excludes material supplied expressly for sharing, such as intake forms, handouts, and other supplementary material outside of the core curriculum lessons.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
I understand that upon completing this program, I will not be a government-regulated health professional and must not misrepresent myself as one.
Therefore, I cannot diagnose, treat, or heal disease or provide medical advice.
I am fully aware that I should never advise a client to stop taking a medication or stop adhering to medical treatment protocols already in place or scheduled to start in the future. Should I engage in such behaviour, I do so entirely at my own risk, and I release NutraPhoria and/or its instructors, authors, publishers, and staff from any damages, claims, or liabilities as a result.
If medical care should be required, it is the recommendation of NutraPhoria, its staff, instructors, authors and publishers that a qualified medical professional should be consulted.
NutraPhoria offers its curriculum and materials for educational and informational purposes. I specifically relieve NutraPhoria and its staff, instructors, authors and publishers from any responsibility for the consequences of what I choose to do with such information.
PROGRAM CHANGES AND WITHDRAWALS
I fully understand that I have up to 30 days to withdraw from the program or make program changes that include reducing enrollment from the full 2 Tier program to the Tier 1 program.
If written notice of withdrawal or program change is received by the school within 10 days of registering, the cost of the first course ($899) will be deducted from my fees due to it being downloadable and unretrievable, in addition to a 20% administration fee.
If the school receives written notice of withdrawal or program change within 30 days of registering, I acknowledge that the cost of the first course ($899) will be deducted from my fees in addition to a 20% administration fee.
Beyond 30 days, I am fully aware that there is no refund available, nor can I make any changes to the program for which I have signed up. I understand that this policy is strictly upheld and non-negotiable.
By continuing on to my courses, I hereby certify that I agree to the above terms and conditions.
